Delivery and Shipping
Do you ship lighting products to Europe, the UK and the USA?
Yes. HaFa Lighting ships selected lighting products to customers across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Availability depends on the product, destination, package size and delivery access.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is estimated at 39–53 working days for eligible destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination country, customs processing and local carrier schedules.
Express shipping may be available for selected products. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the available options.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available for eligible products and destinations. Oversized items, remote locations or special delivery requirements may have different shipping conditions.
Please confirm the final shipping arrangement for your address before placing an order.
Do you ship to remote areas and islands?
Delivery availability can vary for islands, rural areas, remote locations and special postal zones. Please provide your complete delivery address before ordering so we can confirm the available service and any additional delivery conditions.
Are customs duties, VAT or import taxes included?
Yes  For eligible European destinations, our delivery arrangement include customs clearance and applicable VAT through the European shipping process.
For the United Kingdom and the USA, customs duties, VAT, sales tax or other import charges may depend on the destination and local regulations. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what applies to your address.
What is your Estimated Shipping Time?
Orders usually require 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch from our factory. The current estimated total delivery time to Europe and the United Kingdom is approximately 28–38 business days, depending on the product, destination, customs processing and carrier schedule.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, carrier capacity, customs inspections, weather and remote-area delivery may cause delays. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 60 days in total.
Once your order has reached our European warehouse and is handed to DPD or DHL, tracking information will be provided when available. The final door-to-door delivery time depends on the destination country, the United Kingdom delivery address and the carrier route.
Choosing the Right Lighting Product
How do I choose the right lighting product?
The right product depends on the room size, ceiling height, installation position, lighting purpose and preferred style.
Before ordering, consider:
- Room length and width
- Ceiling height
- Product dimensions
- Product weight
- Brightness requirements
- Number and type of bulbs
- Dimmability
- Existing electrical connections
- Interior design style
For large, heavy or complex fixtures, professional measurement is recommended.
How do I measure ceiling height for a lighting product?
Measure from the finished floor to the finished ceiling at the exact location where the product will be installed.
For the most accurate result:
- Place the end of a tape measure flat on the floor.
- Extend it vertically to the ceiling.
- Record the height in metres, centimetres or feet.
- Measure the room length and width as well.
- Check for beams, sloped ceilings, ceiling fans or other obstacles.
For a dining table, kitchen island or desk, also measure the distance from the tabletop or work surface to the ceiling.
When choosing a chandelier or pendant light, include the product height, ceiling canopy, chain, rod and any adjustable parts when checking the final hanging height.
What lighting is suitable for low ceilings?
Flush-mount and semi-flush ceiling lights are often suitable for rooms with limited ceiling height. Some compact pendants and chandeliers may also work, depending on their dimensions.
Always check the product height and required clearance before ordering.
What lighting is suitable for high ceilings?
Large chandeliers, multi-tier chandeliers, long pendants and statement ceiling lights may be suitable for rooms with high ceilings, entrance halls and staircases.
The correct choice depends on the room dimensions, viewing distance, product weight and installation structure.
Can lighting products be used in bathrooms or outdoor areas?
Only products specifically designed and rated for bathrooms, covered outdoor areas or exterior use should be installed in those locations.
Please check the product specifications and required protection rating before ordering. Do not install an indoor-only product in a damp or exposed location.
Electrical Compatibility
Are your lighting products suitable for European homes?
Many products can be prepared for European installations. Before purchasing, confirm the product’s:

Are your lighting products suitable for UK homes?
Many products may be suitable for UK installations, but electrical specifications must be confirmed for the exact model.
Please check the voltage, frequency, wiring, lamp holder and mounting requirements before purchase. A qualified UK electrician should complete or approve the installation.
Are your lighting products suitable for homes in the USA?
Some products may be suitable for US installations, but electrical specifications must be confirmed before purchase. The USA commonly uses 120V, while many European installations use 220–240V.
Please contact us with the product model and installation location so we can confirm compatibility. A qualified US electrician should check the product before installation.
Are bulbs included?
Bulb inclusion depends on the product model. Please check the individual product description for information about:

Are your lighting products dimmable?

Professional installation is strongly recommended special for Large chandeliers . A qualified electrician or lighting installer should:

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Please photograph the outer packaging and the product as soon as it is delivered. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damage.
If the damage is confirmed under our service terms, HaFa Lighting will arrange a replacement for the affected product or component where possible.
What warranty do you provide?
HaFa Lighting provides a three-year warranty for eligible products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
It does not normally cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect voltage
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modification
- Improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unsuitable bulbs or electrical components
Can I return a lighting product if I change my mind?
Return conditions depend on the product, destination, customization status and applicable consumer rules. Customized products may not have the same return eligibility as standard products.
Please review the returns policy before ordering. Customers in the European Union, the UK and the USA may have different consumer rights depending on the transaction and delivery location.
What if my order has not arrived within 65 calendar days?
If your order has not arrived within 65 calendar days, contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
